"I recently taught singing performance at Bowral High School in “The Theatre” what an impressive space! I am an internationally trained opera singer and was previously based in the UK. I am the founder of the Vocal Muster, a DGR Charity, assisting young people of “varying abilities” at various schools in the Southern Highlands and I am Faculty Head – Voice Goulburn Conservatorium.
The new performance space at Bowral High School is stunning. It has state of the art production, is acoustically treated and is without doubt the best performance space in the Highlands. I was working with Polly Karakasch - Hawker and Dr Samuel Cottell and the school choir. The sound the choir produced in the space was spectacular. It is wonderful that the school has this space and hopefully it will be available to the public for performances. I would also like to acknowledge the terrific work done by Polly Karakasch - Hawker and Mark Morgan. The young music creatives at Bowral High School are in good hands with these amazing teachers.
