At Bowral High School, student leadership has a strong presence throughout the school community. We have several prominent leadership groups in operation throughout the school
- captaincy team
- senior prefect group
- student representative council (SRC)
- interact club (junior rotary club), and
- sports council (SPC)
Lead by the leadership groups' action, each and every student in our school honours the values we uphold of respect, responsibility, and fairness.
Our senior students especially, endeavour to set the best example possible for the junior students, our future leaders, for an even better Bowral High School.
All of these leadership groups work independently and cooperatively to achieve a variety of school and community projects:
- Red Cross
- Legacy Week
- Tulip Time
- Motor Neuron Disease (MND) Week
This year's leadership team aims to build and enhance effective communication within our school community, to bring about innovative change and a supportive environment for our peers. As part of this initiative, we wish to become strong advocates for mental health awareness and encourage all Bowral High School students to seek help if they are struggling with their own mental health.
